AWB SERBIA - ASTRONOMY QUIZ ON SEPTEMBER 15th 2019

Every 15th of the month, except in April, AWB is organizing a small quiz
featuring 10 questions on a selected astronomical subject. On
September 15th, 2019, the 33rd quiz took place, the theme of the day
was: "Characteristics of the planets in Solar system". We had 46 participants,
each of whom got a free e-book on astronomy.
Those who had all 10 answers correct, received an e-book and a gold certificate.

    10 questions about the "Characteristics of the planets in Solar system" sounds really fun. Thank you so much for your Member Report.

    If you are doing a quiz about Mercury, for the upcoming Mercury Transit and have 10 questions that the AWB Community could see that would be wonderful for the rest of the AWB Community.

      Hi Jessica! That´s wonderful idea. Thank you for that. We have the quiz always on 15th of the month. So the next quiz is on 15th October. I could write questions also in English language. I will send you this questions, or I can write this questions in both languages on the FB-site of AWB-Serbia? What do you mean?

    Hi Dr. Liliana, The questions for the Transit of Mercury could be posted as a member report (even though the quiz is technically not a report) so that our communications team can link to the report on the AWB website. You may also want to post the questions on your FB site of AWB Serbia. Also, if you could post the questions on the NC google group that would be fantastic - all NCs need resources to do outreach and events. Thank you so much! Very exciting!
