GLOBAL ASTRONOMY MONTH – IMAGINING BLACKHOLES THROUGH ASTROCRAFT CONTEST REPORT

Global Astronomy Month (GAM), organized in April every year by Astronomers Without Borders, is the world's largest global celebration of astronomy. For this year, SPACE has suggested several GAM events for conduction by SPACE associated schools.
HIGHLIGHTS:
- The make the students super excite about black holes.
- This program motivated the participants to make use of this international opportunity provided by SPACE for exposing their imagination on Black holes.
- Participants were expose their imagination about black holes through Art and Crafts.
- Students can analyse their creativity and a chance to display their skills to others.
DESCRIPTION:
Black holes always inspire not only astronomers but almost everyone in the world. Everyone have their own imagination of black holes.
Imagining the black holes online contest was opened for students of grade 6 to 9 in which students can expose their creativity in the form of Arts and Crafts.

CONCLUSION:
The Arts made by the participants were really wonderful and the best art has been featured in our social media pages.
