THE SUN HOUSE
(Bucharest, August 22-23, 2020)

The Sun House is a palace
made in the Neo-Romanian style
by architect Petre Antonescu
in the 1910s
for an aristocrat named just Oprea Soare
(Oprea Sun in English).

“If this is a house of the Sun,”
I concluded when I got back there,
“it should also be a house for the Moon
and Jupiter.”
