1.4 On May 2016, teachers and students from a public university and shool teachers in León, Nicaragua received talk about the transit of Mercury. Weather helped us with clear skies so afterwards they enjoyed to observed the Transit by themselves.

ASAFILE members worked with the authorities of the University to explained to assitants of the talk about the causes of the transit, how often the transit occurs during this century, the double sunrise in the planet and its main characteristics.
