Annual Primary School Astronomy Competition in Beijing, China

It can help management to know how was their astronomy education development in this school year. Messier Marathon Astronomy Activity

LI, ChunyuApril 14, 2018/Beijing, China/ Reported by Sharon XIAO Haiying HaoMiao Astronomy Club hosted a Messier Marathon Astronomy Activity during the 3rd weekend of April for their members. Total 35 participants have been involved in this function from the beginning to the end, they were club members (primary school students), their families & their leading teachers. Before the function commence, all members were trained by both of DC shooting skill and astronomy basic theories like what was the nebula, galaxy, and Messier Objects (MO) etc. as part of preparation. Astronomical activity for young kids with disabilities.
On Tuesday 24 April 2018 at 10:00 pm Under the initiative of the Association EL-BASMA from Guerrara, I have animated an astronomy program for her members. - Observation of: Moon, Jupiter and its four moons.. - Explanation of the features and motion of the planets of our solar system. This highly succesfull event brought smiles and new expertise to young kids with disabilities. Fly me to the moon 02 Praça universitaria
Hundreds of enthusiasts passed Gunstar's telescopes to observe the Moon in this free Super Event celebrating the global month of Astronomy. The University Square has extension of several fields of different University and its traditional fair of Sunday attracts many by its fair full of goluseimas and crafts. Astronomical Observation of Club de Ciencia Boadilla on April 20th 2018
Club de Ciencia Boadilla has organized a public astronomical observation on the night of Friday April 20th, in a public area close to Aula Medioambiental of Boadilla del Monte (Madrid / Spain). Although the nigh was cold a total of 22 adults plus several children attended the event. The Sky conditions were good, without clouds or wind and there were five telescopes installed from several partners of Club de Ciencia: one Smith-Cassegrain of 20cm, two newtonians of 13cm and two refractors of 8 cm. Astronomical Camp for People with Hearing Disabilities in Oman
On Thursday 19th of April, as part of the Second Student Astronomy Festival, Oman Astronomical Society organized for the first time an astronomical camp for people with hearing disabilities in cooperation with Oman Society for Hearing Impaired and Al-Amal School for the Deaf. Participants with hearing disabilities enjoyed observing Moon, Venus and Jupiter, and then listened to explanation of constellations, determined the north by the stars by sign language, and learned some astronomical software that enabled the astronomer to know the celestial objects. Astronomical Observations in Romania (Comana)
On the 14 th of April 2018, some members of Astroclubul Bucuresti, Romania spent one night under the stars in Comana, Giurgiu County, Romania. Participans: Cristian Stancu, Daniel Bertesteanu, Ioan Tudor, Andreea Timpea and Adrian Voinic . The sky was covered around 25-30% with high altitude clouds. Temperature was 8-9 degrees Celsius and there was much humidity in the air, so we had to use heaters to remove condensed water from the mirrors and lenses. On the 27 th of March 2018, at the Astronomical Institute of Romanian Academy, Astroclubul Bucuresti (Bucharest Astroclub) organized a guided tour, an astronomy presentation and solar observations for a group of 30 children from a school in Bucharest, Romania. The guided tour of the Astronomical Institute of Romanian Academy was done by its representative, Sorin Marin.
