
The Bangalore Astronomical Society is a group of volunteers working for the promotion of astronomy as a hobby as well as a science in and around Bengaluru, India.We are currently most active on our Telegram Group, followed by our Google Group. Less major updates are usually sent to the Google and Telegram groups.We also have a YouTube channel loaded with talks and webinars on topics of interest to both beginner and advanced amateur astronomers:

Meetings and events are held in public spaces, members' homes, specially booked meeting halls, and other venues. Star parties are held in remote locations within Karnataka, usually with transportation and accommodation coordinated by online communication.
