Breathe

by Andee Sherwood

Isolated
Confined
Desolated
Fearful
Forlorn
Anxious and alone
Breathless...

Wait for the night.
Gaze at the stars.
Explore the constellations.
Stare at the Moon
and howl!
Let the night absorb you.
The depth of the universe
is magical.
Breathe...

Fill your soul with stardust,
let your imagination soar.
Heal, hope, dare to dream,
and wish upon a star.
Let the beauty of the sky
fill your spirit.

Let science be your savior.
Breathe.
