This project will establish the first digital fulldome portable planetaria in Palestine and Iraq for the benefit of the public and students of those regions, to foster development and international relations in the developing world.

This project will also expand into the surrounding Middle East and into Asia and the rest of the developing world.

This project is working in conjunction with Astronomers Wthout Borders, IYA2009, The Amateur Astronomers Association of Kurdistan, and The Arab union of astronomy and space science.
