I've been making night sky videos to get more beginners to astronomy familiar with the night sky for about a year now.  I present this in a way that most anyone, anywhere - including those living in light polluted cities and suburbs - can find objects to see:

My goal with these is to educate others about the night sky, while simultaneously educating about light pollution reduction.  That's the biggest issues I see on the horizon for amateur astronomers, and although there have been a few success stories, the proliferation of night-time outdoor lighting continues, mostly unabated.

With these videos I look to put light pollution on people's radar who may not know what that is.  The more people share these videos, the more we can educate about the problem.
