This dazzling shot of the moon was captured last night by Roaya Astro, Showing the fine line between the bright and dark sides of the moon. It is quite hard to miss noticing the numerous craters on the surface of the moon, which were caused by the unavailability of a prober atmosphere that works as a shield towards meteors. Moreover, these craters has maintained their current shapes for long periods of time due to the rather slow denudation on the moon.
