Last week, on 23rd Ordibehesht 1395, Persian division of Thunderbolts project presented its 1st presence in international astronomy day, in the city of Sari, which assembled by intellectual development institute and the cooperation of Sari astronomy club.

Program was began about 3 P.M in the intellectual development institute building by showing films and videos produced in main section of thunderbolts project, translated and subtitled in Persian by Persian division staff on conference hall screen. The program continued by talks on transit of Mercury and the benefits of science of astronomy for mankind: past, present and future. During this program, the audience had invited to observe the sun and the night sky. The program ended at 8 P.M.

Kiarash Danesh was the manager of this program.
