Report

Despite not having any telescope, high school students and teachers in Harare, Zimbabwe had one of the best treats this year on the 11th of November. The students and teachers at Queen Elizabeth High School observed the Mercury Transit through the Virtual Telescope Project. The event was organised by Noor Academy, a start-up currently being incubated by the University of Zimbabwe. The event was attended by 30 high school students and 6 teachers.
