Bangladesh Astronomy Research Center (BARC) is an astronomy, astronomical outreach, and research-based organization in Bangladesh. This is the very first research-based organization in Bangladesh ever.  It's situated in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This organization has built on 14th January 2020. The main motto of this organization is to spread astronomy all over Bangladesh. We are trying to make people enthusiastic about astronomy and related to this field. At first, we are working on school kids and trying to make them enthusiast to gain knowledge on Astronomy, Astrophysics, and Cosmology. We are planning to cover up the whole Dhaka and then we will move on to the rural area and the senior sector as well. In the senior sector, we will teach them how to do research on astronomy. We will teach them some astronomical research projects as well.

Hasibul Hossain Rifat is the founder and CEO of this organization. He is the National Event Coordinator of "International Astronomical Union (IAU)." He is the Academic Team Member of "Bangladesh Astronomical Society (BAS)", Ambassador of "International Astronomy and Astrophysics Competition (IAAC)", Ambassador of "International Youth Math Challenge (IYMC)". He is the Academic Team Member of the "Bangladesh Olympiad on Astronomy and Astrophysics (BDOAA)" as well. He is working on astronomy and doing research on some individual topics. Hasibul Hossain Rifat has planned to organize different types of workshops for every beginner and every school. At first, he wants to cover up the whole basic things on astronomy and after that, he will teach astronomical maths. He wants to attract everyone to do research in this field. He wants an ample amount of extraordinary astronomers from Bangladesh someday

Ayon Rahman Khan is the President of this organization. He wants to spread astronomy all over the country as well. He managed all the sectors of this organization. He has planned a plan to visit schools in Rural Areas to promote the ongoing activities in the field of Astronomy through our organization. 

Mir Sakhawat Hossain is the Secretary of this organization. He is doing research on astronomical data statics projects. He is the national volunteer of "International Astronomical Union (IAU)" as well. Meanwhile, he has completed the SALSA project. He wants to make this organization totally astronomical research-based as the founder mentioned above. He wants to spread astronomy to every single area in Bangladesh through this organization. 

Meanwhile, this newly started organization has done its very first workshop in the prominent school in Bangladesh which is "Viqarunnisa Noon School and College" on 15th February 2020 in their "20th Intra Science Festival." In the forthcoming days, this organization will try to arrange a lot of events to attract students in astronomy and to teach them. Hasibul Hossain Rifat has promised to bring a digital telescope for this organization as soon as possible. He has noticed that in Bangladesh we have a lot o astrogeeks. They want to build their career on astronomy but due to lack of proper guidelines, they are being despondent. That's why Hasibul Hossain Rifat has built this organization to show the proper guideline, to make them enthusiast on astronomy and astronomical research. Within one month, this organization is growing up very swiftly. Soon the organization will try to help students of various schools and provide them basic astronomical knowledge. Meanwhile, this organization has created its official website.
