A supermoon is a full moon or a new moon that nearly coincides with perigee - the closest that the Moon comes to Earth in its elliptic orbit - resulting in a slightly larger than usual apparent size of the lunar disk as viewed from Earth. As part of the celebrations, I conducted Imagining Black Holes Through Art activity for the students of Sri Venkateshwar International School, Dwarka which is associated with Universe In The School Program of SPACE India. As part of Global Astronomy Month celebrations, I in association with SPACE India organised and conducted various events and activities in which the students of different age groups participated with zeal and full enthusiasm.
