GAM - Second Traveling Telescope in the Amazon Park (Global Astronomy Month) - April 26, 2019.

GAM - Observation at Morro da Serrinha (Global Astronomy Month) - April 25, 2019.
The Pleiades Astronomical Club of the South held on Thursday, April 25 and 2019, binocular and telescopic observations of the Moon, the planet Saturn, the planet Jupiter, the Jovian Galilean satellites, the open cluster of the butterfly (M6), the (M7), and the jewel box in Cruzeiro do Sul. GAM - Second Itinerant Telescope at the Oscar Niemayer Museum (Global Astronomy Month) - April 21, 2019.
The Southern Pleiades Astronomy Club held its third "Global Astronomy Month Edition 2019" event for the second time at the Oscar Niemayer Museum on April 21, 2019 because the last event was a success. Once again the great mass of the pubic was attracted to the astronomical observation of the Moon and the planet Jupiter through two telescopes and binoculars. People of all ages, children, adults, children, parents, mothers, families and couples attended the event to appreciate the observations made. GAM - Itinerant Telescope at the Oscar Niemayer Museum (Global Astronomy Month) - April 19, 2019.
The Southern Pleiades Astronomy Club held its second "Global Astronomy Month Edition 2019" event one day after its debut. Once again we carried out the most democratic project of disseminating astronomy to the general public through the Itinerant Telescope at the Oscar Niemayer Museum, one of the busiest cultural sights in the city of Goiânia. Astroviglia for observation of the southern sky - March 30, 2019
On 30 March 2019, the Astronomy Club Plêiades do Sul performed the astroviglia at our new celestial observation point located in the countryside between the border of the municipalities of Goiânia and Senador Canedo to contemplate the wonders of our southern sky. The Astronomia Club Plêiades do Sul has a project called "Astronomy in the Homes", which deals with visits to our members' homes in order to strengthen social bonds, bring people closer together and promote a spirit of fraternity that is so characteristic of legacy of astronomy. Penumbral lunar eclipse - January 21, 2019
On Monday, January 21, 2018, the Plêiades do Sul Astronomy Club held a joint observatory with the Juan Bernardino Planetarium of the Federal University of Goiás, open observation to the public and to the entire community, the penumbral lunar eclipse in Goiânia, capital of Goiás, Brazil. The event featured the astronomical presentation at the planetarium dome, telescopic observations and binoculars of the lunar eclipse and live transmission of the eclipse from one of the event's amateur astronomers to the Space Today channel. Observation of the comet 46 / p Wirtanen in Goiás. On December 15, 2018, comet 46 / p Wirtanen was visible to the naked eye from here. National Astronomy Day - December 2, 2018
On December 16, 2018, the South Pleiades Astronomy Club together with the Cecília Payne Astronomy Club, the Vera Rubin Astronomy Club, the Prometheus Astronomy Club and the Young Astronomers, held at the Juan Bernardino Planetarium of the Federal University of Goiás events with workshops of astronomical experiments, rocket launching workshops and sessions at the dome of the planetarium to the public of the city of Goiânia - GO.
