For an event created through the joint efforts of the Urania Astronomical Association, the Romanian Society for Meteors and Astronomy-SARM, the Mihail Sebastian Literary Circle and their guests at the Supernova Planetarium, Unirea Saline, Slanic Prahova, Romania, on October 20, 2019
I. Alignment of the Planets
Putting it altogether:
-An astronomical association that owns an underground planetarium
(the largest in the country, at a depth of 208m),
with a charming president-director
(who is also a metaphorical and creative presenter at specialized shows).
-An astronomical society promoting the concept of
astronomy-culture-art-education-society,
led by a symbol among the free astronomers
(also a brilliant astro-photo-poet),
sustained by a famous cosmopoet
and by the national founder of astrofolk music
(an excellent astropoet) -
a creative nucleus who has given
many astropoetry-cosmopoetry shows
at international astronomical conferences.
-A literary circle led by
an elder and eminent astropoet
together with his daughter, an exemplary organizer
of classical music performances.
-A few amazing performers of classical music
ranging from bass and baritone to mezzo-soprano and soprano,
together with their admirable piano accompanists.
II. Alignment to the Sense of the Universe
Deciding on an original concept for an event that includes:
-A tribute to the national classics in the poetry of the Cosmos.
-An astrophotography and astro-photo-poetry exhibition.
-Astro-dedications (astro-haiku and astro-quatrain)
and the celebration of the longest living astropoet in the world.
-Suites of cosmopoetry (astropoetry, astroproverbs and astrofolk music).
-Recitals of international hits from musicals and operas,
along with Romanian romances, with cosmic themes.
-Projections of planetarium
(specialized shows plus astronomical and astro-artistic movies).
-Other recitals of poetry of the Cosmos.
-An astro-humanist essay.
-A humorous astropoetic-musical sketch.
-Launching of an astropoetry book
and a musical CD (“Stars in the Sky”).
III. Bringing the Stars to the Underground Planetarium
Let the show begin!!!
