Global Astronomy Month 2020 (GAM) went "virtual" this year due to the Covid 19 pandemic. As this was a very challenging experience for our staff to organize, this year's schedule of programs was a huge success due to the obstacles and life changes we all had to deal with, as a team and on our own.

The AstroPoetry Blog flourished greatly during GAM. All of our poets submitted outstanding pieces, hand-crafted gems of verses and haikus, accompanied by magnificent images of not only the Cosmos, but of reflections of the Sun and Moon's radiance beaming light through Nature's endless beauty here on Earth.

To the AstroPoets: Thank you for bringing beauty back into a world tinted with fear and sorrow. Thank you for writing about hope and reminding us all how incredible the world is outside, beyond the windows in our homes.
