Attila Munzlinger is a co-vice-president of the Magyar Astronomical Association of Transylvania, an organization created unofficially on ethnical criteria even before 1989 - during the communist regime - and recorded officially in 2010 - by Lőrincz Barnabás in Miercurea Ciuc-Csikszereda - to continue the excellent observational and cultural-astronomical traditions of this community (that gave the most complex and active sky observer in Romania in the 20th century, Attila Kosa-Kiss - awarded by International Halley Watch, British Astronomical Association and, a few years ago, by American Association of Variable Star Observers for over 100,000 observations) in that historical province (which was the centre of the antique Dacian Kingdom, then a Roman province, a large voivodeship and a great principality in imperial times) to make astronomical education and popularization, observations, astrophotography, international co-operation, and to attract the public at large to “the queen of sciences”. 

He is also a great collaborator of the Romanian Society for Meteors and Astronomy-SARM, a world cosmopoetry champion (in 2019) and the current great laureate for astrophotography in Romania (unfortunately, the 2020 edition of the national astrophotography contest, organized by SARM, was postponed because of the world sanitary crisis). 

Attila Munzlinger lives in Lazarea near Miercurea Ciuc-Csikszereda (another impressive “astronomical” town in Romania - with only 40,000 inhabitants -, also the headquarters of the Astronomer Disciple Association and the Telescope Expert firm), where he is a doctor of community who fights in the first line for people, against the pandemic. 

My time tunnel directed me to three of the fascinating images he published on-line during GAM 2020. 

I cannot find words to express my admiration and gratitude for such a man!

Doctor, what should I do
To temper my impetuous soul?
To look for medication
In Auriga?
To build a house
In the Milky Way?
Or to sculpt seas
In the Supermoon?
