Petals unfurl in
cosmic kisses from the Sun.
Nature's true romance.

During the pandemic, many people are reaching out for companionship and compassion to defeat feelings of loneliness and isolation.

Thanks to the inspiring poetry and images shared by Andrei Dorian Gheorghe and Valentin Grigore, I have rediscovered the beauty in the garden and find many living objects which remind me of the objects of the night sky.

This is an image of a blossoming "Lily of the Nile" aka Agapanthus with petals forming a solar system-like flower bloom. Ray captured the image in his garden in S. California. Each individual flower forms on a long stem, reaching high, growing under the light of the Sun.
