MARS, SUN AND MOON
Astro-photo-poem (cosmopoem) by Andrei Dorian Gheorghe
Having as leitmotif
the Sun, the Moon and
the (changeable) Evening Star
(which are reproduced on
Romania’s coat of arms),
on July 4, 2020, I decided
to catch them on the same day
through the windows of
a high apartment in Central Bucharest.
I began after midnight with
the planet Mars as the “Evening Star”
and I continued with the sunrise,
but the bad weather closed the sky later.
I could find the Moon only after one day,
in other place,
fighting hard with the clouds…
for me.
