TWO GIANTS

I once saw two dwarf children
in the Carol I Park,
in contradiction with the statues
(from the beginning of the 20th century)
of two Giants
(one sculpted by Dimitrie Paciurea
in the west of the park,
the other sculpted by Frederic Storck
in the east of the park)
who loved the same nymph.
