May is the month in which my parents (Steliana Gheorghe, 1934-2009, and Costica Gheorghe, 1927-2007) were born, and now I have to remember that the cosmopoetry movement of the Romanian Society for Meteors and Astronomy (SARM) would not have existed without their exceptional support.
So I dedicate this series made this year to their memory, the pictures representing:
A sunrise at the Black Sea, close to the Romanian city of Constanta, the picture being taken in 18 May (the birthday of my mother).
A sunset in the Plumbuita Park (where in the 1580s the first printing house was installed in the Bucharest zone, right in the Plumbuita Monastery, the picture being taken in 21 May (the name day of my father).
A sunset at the National Rugby Stadium in Bucharest during a festive match, Romania A vs. All Stars (an international team), the picture being taken in 25 May (one day after the birthday of my father);
A sunrise taken in 13 June from my secret solar window, which my parents left me as a legacy.
