Liga Astronomica Chihuahua is a group of amateur enthusiast which meets every other Thursday at the City´s Science Museum “Centro Semilla”. We start our sessions with a small lecture about an Astronomy issue, an astronomers biography or some science related theme.
During the year, we program events such as “Noche de las Estrellas”, “Reto México” and “Marathon Messier” as well this year´s Transit of Mercury, Moon's eclipses and more.
We are a non-profit group solely interested in science promotion specially Astronomy.
