Tucson Astronomy Festival

Time: 3:00PM until 9:00 PM

The 6th Annual Tucson Astronomy Festival. We will have several telescopes in the afternoon and evening for safe viewing of the surface of the Sun and star clusters, nebulae, and other exciting objects in the evening. We will also have fun interactive activities for the entire family. Other exhibitors joining us will be the Tucson L5 Space Society, the UA Lunar & Planetary Lab Space Imagery Center, and OSIRIS REx. Bring your personal telescope if you want help learning how to use it. A sky talk will start at 8pm. Follow this event at http://facebook.com/TucsonAstronomy for weather related notifications. Festival goes from 3 - 9 pm.
