Trapped by the pandemic, staying at home to avoid contamination.
The open doors and windows have become the portholes of the world.
Perspectives change. The sun sets. The stillness of the night provides innocent pleasure as mankind gazes into the endless blackness, searching for brilliance of stars
far beyond our reach.
It seems easier to breathe as the cotillion of starlight dances across the sky.

Alone with the Moon.
Isolated and worried.
The night gives me peace.

A new perspective,
Viewing life through open doors
and sun-filled windows.

Sequestered inside,
No chains bind an errant mind.
When stars start to shine.

Highly distracted
By the glow of Venus
Slivered Moon, arise.

Virtually here,
computers binding friendships,
across the borders.

Absorbed in beauty
Venus dances near the Moon,
an ardent pageant.
