The Frosty Drew Observatory & Sky Theatre are dedicated to environmental stewardship and delivering environmental education to people of all ages, with primary focus on the night sky.
Every Friday night (weather permitting) we open our dome and telescopes to the public free of charge. We usually open around 6:00pm during the months surrounding the winter solstice and shortly after dusk during the months surrounding the summer solstice. We offer numerous activities throughout the year for the many celestial events taking place.
Our center piece is a Meade 16\" SCT permanently housed in an Ash dome. We also have a 10\"" Newtonian on a Dobsonian mount, and a 4\"" Newtonian for low power views. We are always trying out a new portable telescope so there is always something new.
