The Astronomical Society of Ghana (ASG) is based at the Planetarium Science Centre in Accra, Ghana. ASG is for anybody with an interest in astronomy who wishes to learn more about the wonders of the universe and wants to help raise the profile of astronomy in Ghana. We hold regular meetings at the Planetarium to share ideas and discuss different astronomy topics. Those living far from Accra are encouraged to start their own groups in their local area, and we can help in terms of suggestions, ideas for resources etc.
